Product Description
NE555 multi-channel waveform generator can generate square wave, Sawtooth wave wave, triangle wave and sine wave. By selecting a waveform output through a jumper, the circuit is simple and easy to operate.

Circuit diagram:
Circuit introduction: C7 in the circuit is a filtering capacitor. U1, R1, R2, C2 form a square wave generator, and the signal is output from the three pins of U1. C1 is the anti-interference capacitor. The square wave output from the third pin of U1 is divided into R3 and R4, coupled with C5, and can be output at the output end by short circuiting J1 with a short circuit block. The other circuit is coupled with C3 voltage divider through C4, and forms sawtooth waveform through integration circuit R9 and C6, which is output by J2, and then passes through the next integration circuit R10 and C8
Form a triangular wave output from J3. After passing through R11 and being amplified by an amplification circuit composed of C9, R5, Q1, and R6, the collector in Q1 becomes a sine wave. R7, R8 and Q2 form an emitter following amplifier circuit. Finally, the signal is coupled to R12 voltage divider through C10 and output from the output terminal. R12 Potentiometer can be used to adjust the output amplitude.

The tolerance of the board and the stability of some parameters make A material very strong, which benefits from its high price compared to other board materials. Characteristics of PCB board:
1. The solder pad is enlarged and sprayed with tin, making it easy to weld, and the solder pad is not easily detached after multiple welding;
2. It is not easy to undergo self bending (referring to bending caused by non manual conditions), and poor boards will bend over time and environmental changes.
3. More stable and reliable impedance;
Welding steps: First, weld the resistance with a relatively low height:
Next, weld IC base, Electrolytic capacitor, adjustable resistor and triode. Electrolytic capacitor physical long pin positive pole short pin negative pole, the shaded part on the plate is negative pole:
Next, weld the single stone capacitor. The single stone capacitor has no polarity and is written on the size board. Just take a look and pay attention to the direction when inserting the chip
Finally, weld the row pins together to conduct an electrical test.
