Circuit diagram understanding

The circuit mainly consists of NE555 and peripheral components to form a multivibrator. When button S1 is pressed, Q1 is turned on, and pin 3 of NE555 outputs pulses. As C1 discharges, the conduction program of 01 gradually slows down, the output pulse frequency of pin 3 gradually slows down, and the moving frequency of the LED also slows down. Finally, after C1 is discharged, Q1 is cut off, pin 3 of NE555 stops outputting pulses, and the LED no longer moves.
